金玲 (Jīn líng) was with a friend (who will also star an upcoming post) walking in the Shida night market when I met her.
She was wearing a extra long black cardigan, over a long blue dress with a manga print, and original black platform sandals. Her complements were a transparent ring, a red plastic watch, a black bracelet, a black and white bag, an original transparent triangle shaped necklace and a straw hat with a red and blue ribbon with white stars.
I met Vivian, a nice bank worker, on a rainy afternoon in the Tianmu area.
She was wearing a wide yellow and white dress tied at the waist, and brown plastic sandals with a flower. Vivian’s complements were, besides the indispensable umbrella, a black handbag with white dots, a bracelet and a necklace. The dress and the bag are from an original shop called Wow Bravo & Funky Rap (you can check their website here), also in this area.
When I met Pee Pee near Zhongxiao Dunhua it wasn’t Christmas, not even December, it was April. That’s why I was so surprised by her outfit.
Pee Pee was wearing a long denim shirt full of Christmas details everywhere: Santa Claus, Christmas trees, stars, reindeers, mistletoe, and many more! Black tights and very original Nike sneakers with leopard print complemented the look.
I asked Pee Pee if she customized the shirt by herself, but she said it was like this when she bought it!
I met Yya in Shida Road and her style immediately caught my attention.
Yya was wearing a denim jacket, a long black shirt, black leggings, red socks with black polka-dots and black shoes. Her complements were a black hat, a black handbag and a very original necklace composed by two bony and bloody hands.
Aki is from Hong Kong and she was spending the weekend in Taipei when I met her near Zhongxiao Dunhua.
She was wearing a lovely black dress, black tights with vertical stripes, brown shoes and an original black & white bag. Also, some bracelets on her wrists. Aki told me that she bought this bag in Hong Kong and that she was enjoying a lot her trip to Taipei 🙂
