The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts, BOPA, is a non-profit organization that works to promote the arts in the city of Baltimore, (U.S.A.). From today until Sunday (19th-21st), they hold their 32nd annual festival called “Artscape”. This year’s international theme is called “No Passport Required” which celebrates cultural diversity through the arts.

And why do I talk about it? Because three of my pictures are going to be there! In a specially constructed wall measuring 300 foot wide by 8 feet tall, can you believe it? 🙂

This Festival is not only about photography: it is going to be full of concerts, performing arts, activities for all ages… They announce it as “America’s Largest Free Arts Festival”!
