林忻柔 Shalynn

林忻柔 Shalynn is an 18 years old student in Taipei. I met her at the Songshan Cultural Park, where she was with some friends (who will also star some posts soon). She was wearing a loose white shirt with big pockets on the front and rolled to the elbows, grey skater skirt, and black ankle boots with golden buckle. Along with her inseparable iPhone, her complements were earrings, a necklace, some bracelets, and a black handbag.

WHITE SHIRT

In Taiwan, fashion is not only domain of the girls, many guys also like to follow fashion and pay attention to trends.
A basic garment in which boys of all styles agree that you need to have is a white shirt. It’s something that can be combined in countless ways and always flatters. Gives a touch of elegance and maturity even if who wears it is someone young as Stephen.

With cold weather, a white shirt can be worn with other garments; and with hot weather, unbuttoned and/or rolled up. There are many men who, in the heat, are more comfortable with shirt than with T-shirt, since it is more comfortable and not so tight to the skin. And if it is in white or light color, it is also not so easy to see the dreaded sweat stains. Something that is very common, given the temperature and humidity in Taiwan during much of the year.

Here there are some graphic examples of different ways to wear a simple white shirt:

– Under a T-shirt, like Oscar:

– Over a T-shirt, like 葉靀軒:

– With vest, like Tanner:

– With a detail of stars and a sweater tied over, like Jack:

– With jacket, like Yu’ki:

So guys, now you know it, take a look in your closet to see if you have one and combine it in all the ways you can think of. And if you don’t have a white shirt, it’s time to start thinking about purchasing one!
